Consultation: The process starts with a consultation during which we will examine your needs to ensure we are the right search firm for your organization.
Organizational Evaluation: We will conduct an in-depth evaluation of your law firm or legal department. We will examine your current team strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and examine your competitive advantages.
Executive Profile: We will develop an executive profile detailing the essential skills, experience, portable business requirements and demeanor of the partner, group or general counsel that would best complement your firm or corporation.
Recruitment: Our consultants will identify and present select candidates that meet the requirements of the Executive Profile.
Offer Negotiation: JuriStaff can provide assistance with pre-offer negotiations, due diligence, background checks, offer and counter-offer discussions.
