Candidate Incentive Program 

Vacation Pay
JuriStaff temporary employees are eligible for 7 hours of vacation pay for every 400 hours worked as a temporary employee through JuriStaff. JuriStaff temporary employees must currently be on assignment through JuriStaff in order to receive vacation pay. To collect vacation pay during an eligible week, the temporary employee must complete a separate timesheet.

Holiday Bonus Program
Working 30 days on an assignment entitles a full-time JuriStaff employee to holiday pay if he or she is on the assignment when one of the holidays listed below occurs. JuriStaff temporary employees are also entitled if they have been working less than 30 days on an assignment BUT have worked 2000 or more career hours for us. JuriStaff temporary employees must be scheduled to work the actual holiday in order to receive holiday pay. To collect holiday pay, the temporary employee must complete a separate timesheet listing the holiday. Holiday timesheets must be submitted with the timesheet for the week in which the holiday occurred.

Applicant Referral Bonus
JuriStaff pays a competitive bonus for the referral of a new employee who works at least 40 hours through JuriStaff on a temporary assignment. JuriStaff also pays a competitive referral fee for the successful placement of a new direct hire candidate.

Client Referral Bonus
JuriStaff pays a competitive bonus for the referral of a new client once a temporary or direct hire placement has been made with the client.
